Would you be willing to pay cold hard cash for any of my photos?
If so, you just might be in luck.
The Deal
I'm willing to make prints of any given photo within my "portfolio" and mail them to you for the low, low cost of $10 CDN plus shipping and handling.
The Photos
Most of my photos are taken in black and white 35 mm 400 ISO film.
This means that, if I have access to an enlarger, I can easily make prints up to 8x10 inches (approximately 20x25 cms) in the very same kind of photographic paper I use for my own personal use (currently Agfa 'premium' semi-matte).
My, that seems pretty cheap... What is the catch?
Essentially, you'd have to take my word on the final quality of each photo as enlargining photos is still a pretty integral piece of the art involved in photography.
The price is so low because. based on current supply and demand and a relative inexperience with selling art, I simply think it's an entertaining deal for anyone looking for some neat photos.
Methods of Payment
Take the equivalent of $10 CDN (Canadian dollar) at whatever the day's rate your currency rates and mail it to me once I have mailed the photo to you.
However, my bank charges a hefty sum for exchanging currencies other than the American dollar (USD) - so, if you would like to pay in, for instance, GBP (British pound) or Euro, you'll see a one time 5 dollar increase in the total price of your order.
To order, simply email me at hiffyness at gmail.com so we can talk.

daPrints: 25 dollar one-time fee.
I get only 50% of any price I set - so out of the 10 bucks for an 8x10 I get 4 or 3 something because of the base cost 'clause'.
I then only get paid only if I accumulate 20 bucks every trimester.
So I'm already 25 dollars into the shitter up to 3 months at least into the program - and we all know that at 3 something of profit to myself I won't sell enough in a year to make up for it (I don't have high hopes for selling my prints, mind you).
Basic daPrints:
I get about 10% of the overall profit. I don't know the base prices nor the standard prices (which I cannot change) but I'm guessing they are a little above 10 dollars; but if we were to keep it at my pricing, I wouldn't make a dollar for every print I sell.
My way:
30 minutes per print, about 50cents CDN (25 cents for 2 8x10 sheets in case I screw up - I buy the chemicals for my own use as it is) a print plus shipping, which I've already pointed out is separate.
That means in one 8x10 I make about $9.50. Honestly, I don't know why I'm offering 4x6's at 8 dollars (total profit $7.75) as they take more work to do than a sole 8x10 but hey, why not.
From my perspective, I'm getting shafted either way if I use DA. - particularly because I'm not good/popular enough to sell enough to make back what I've spent.
My way, if I sell one print at my pricing I get more money than if I were to sell 8 prints in daPrints (considering initial cost, which is there and that 8 prints x 4 dollars something on my end per print = 32 dollars - 25 dollars = 7 dollars) ON THE SPOT or (if I were to keep the prices at 10 bucks an 8x10, which I can't) 10 prints in Basic. Let's not forget I want to make money out of my hobby, not insure people can have copies of my work.
Even the consumer is better off:
Highest quality possible in a print (I use Film and Film alone. Personally, at least, it can't get any better than an actual print in light sensitive paper, versus a printed copy of a scan from the negatives). Signed by the artist. At a low price (for I'd have to raise prices to make any decent amount of money back), without any middlemen
Now, if I were to use a digital camera or I did paintings or drew or did anything that is a son of a bitch to replicate, it would a good deal of sense to use daPrints.
However, I don't
So, the standing question is: do I look stupid to you
If I want to support the site, I'll get my money's worth and buy a damned subscription. I won't, however, put myself 25 dollars (american, was it?) in the hole just for the site, then watch as I get 50% of the my work's worth.
